Refund policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, log in to your account and submit a request through our return portal. Alternatively, email contact@pursue.eu with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return costs
unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Store Credit + 10% Bonus
If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, this option is free, and includes a 10% bonus on the returned value.

Return value reference:
A return valued at €355 will be issued as €390.50 in store credit
redeemable on future orders.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. Approved exchanges will have new shipments covered by us.
